Selection is vast plenty of options, just lacks flavor on the meat side. Other that that food would have been a 5 star. Service could definitely be worked on. Just needs more attention per table. But the drinks we wonderful!

If I could give this zero stars I would. I have never been to a restaurant where I would rather be eating a can of dog food. This is nowhere near authentic Mexican food. There was no flavor, the taco meat was made of 50/50 ground beef, the taco shells were crunchy hard shells like ones you get from Walmart. My husband's burrito was so bland and he was the only one to eat his food because he was starving. The kids and I just did not eat our meals. The only thing that was okay were the chips. Their spicy salsa was so mild a baby could eat it. I don't know how this place has stayed open. Maybe they get their meat from the Purina plant across the street. I should have just shredded the $70 or used it for toilet paper.
Wish we could give it negative stars. The steak wasn't even steak, the chicken was rotten at the taste, we didn't even stay to finish eating. They charged 40 for 2 small plates and didn't even show us our receipt or what they put on it. The waitress immediately went to the tip page without any questions. Their salsa was way too sweet it was like eating sugar, the rice and beans were slimy at the taste and now me and my pregnant girlfriend are in the hospital from food poisoning due to this restaurant. I'd recommend avoiding it if possible and be safe.
Not bad, I have been in hundreds of Mexican restaurants and there really wasn't anything special about this place.
I had the Fajitas quesadillas and if course it came with rice and beans. There was the usual salsa and chips. It was nice to get a bowl of both the house and a spicier one as well.
There must be well over a hundred plus menu items to choose from.
2 things to note:
Menu was sticky inside and out. Yuck!
The font size was so small that I almost left the restaurant to retrieve my reading glasses from my vehicle.
It's rare that I need them to read a menu.
All in all not a bad place but with Fort Dodge Iowa having over a dozen places to go for Mexican food.
They need to up their game.
Very friendly, food and drinks are amazing. This is my number 1 place to go when you need spice. I recommend this place to everyone !!!
Food was ok. Got a big piece of fatty gristle in my steak so that sucked. Also they asked if I wanted rice OR beans and I had to pay an extra $3.50 to have both. Kinda odd. And way expensive for just a small plate of bean purée. Asked for check and waited for 20 min before just walking to the front.
I love Mexican food, and I seriously wish this was closer to us and not 7 hours away. We were out of town from Wisconsin. Worth the stop for some authentic Mexican food!
